Elders group grows
It is with great excitement to report that the Elders who come to Bridgman Centre has increased. In fact the number has more than doubled. We now have in access of 25 ladies who come to the centre not only for physical training but for fellowship - sharing their stories and experiences.I sneeked in this morning during their exercises - and they were all lying on the floor - hard at work. I am truly proud of this ladies who refuse to allow laziness to stand in their way to good health.
